On 15 October a reporting meeting of Norashen initial organization of RPA Gegharkunik territorial organization was held, which was attended by 17 members of the initial organization.

The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the initial organization Garnik Gasparyan. It was attended by the Chairman of the Council of RPA Sevan regional organization Aleksan Poghosyan. The member of the initial organization Garnik Gasparyan submitted the following agenda:

1. Report on the works carried out by the initial organization
2. Election of the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the initial organization
3. Election of a delegate to RPA 16th congress
4. Other issues.

Within the frameworks of the first item the Chairman of the initial organization Norashen Garnik Gasparyan made a speech and presented works carried out by the organization.

Within the frameworks of the second item of the agenda the elections of the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the initial organization were held. The member of the initial organization Gor Manukyan nominated the candidature of Garnik Gasparyan for the position of the Chairman. The proposal was adopted unanimously and the participants of the meeting voted in favor for the proposal. Garnik Gasparyan was elected the Chairman of the initial organization; Rubik Barseghyan and Valerik Davtyan were elected the Deputy Chairmen.

Within the frameworks of the third item of the agenda Garnik Gasparyan was elected a delegate to RPA 16th Congress by the participants of the meeting.
Within the frameworks of the 4th item of the agenda issues concerning new members of the party were discussed.
