On August 26 RPA Women’s Council sitting was held, which was chaired by the Chairman of RPA Women’s Council, the NA Vice-President Hermine Naghdalyan.
The sitting was attended by the members of the council and the Chairmen of Women’s Councils of RPA Yerevan territorial organizations.

At the course of the meeting the participants discussed and summed up visits to regions made by the Women’s Council this summer, future activities, as well as events on the occasion of the RA 25th anniversary.

The Chairmen of the Committees, territorial organizations of Yerevan represented their future programs. It was also discussed the issue on women’s participation in elections of local self-government bodies.
