On 5 July – on the RA Constitution Day, the Youth Council of RPA “Gyumri-2” regional organization organized an even on “Constitution”. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Council of RPA “Gyumri-2” regional organization, the RA NA Deputy S. Avetisyan, who represented the initial provisions of the new Constitution, which are subject to change. At the end of the event the young people asked questions to S. Avetiyan and got comprehensive answers.
