Republican Party of Armenia

 At the invitation of the Communist Party of the People’s Republic of China on 8-18 November the delegation of the Republican Party of Armenia at the head of the RPA Vice-Chairman, the Chairman of the Ideological Committee Mushegh Lalayan visited China. The delegation included Members of RPA Board, Deputies of the NA “Republican” faction, representatives of RPA Youth Organization and Women’s Council, orientalists and historians. During the visit the RPA Delegation held meetings with the Vice-President of the People's Republic of China Li Yuanchao, the Vice-Minister of the international department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Zhou Li, the Member of the Shanghai Central Committee of CPC, Person in charge for ideological issues Dong Yunhu and with other high-ranking representatives of the party, as well as visited leading research and analytical centers of China. The parties represented main directions and peculiarities of their parties, their points of view concerning the role and place of Armenia and China in the international and regional integration processes, exchanged information on the foreign and domestic policy of the two countries.
