 By the decision of the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan, in accordance with Article 70 of the RA Constitution, at the initiative of the RA Government the RA NA extraordinary sitting of the RA National Assembly was convened on November 13, 2015.

The parliament passed the draft decision of the RA National Assembly “On the Special Order (holding the debate in the third reading after interrupting by the second reading within 24 hours) of Debating the Bill “On the Notification for the Implementation of Activities” and the package of bills enclosed, which submitted Armen Yeghiazaryan, Director of the State Institution National Centre for Legislative Regulation of the RA Government Staff.

The bill “On the Notification for the Implementation of Activities” and the package of bills enclosed in the second reading, and the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Trade and Services” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements” in the second reading and completely were passed.

Afterwards the deputies in the third reading and completely debated and passed the bill “On the Notification on the Implementation of Activities” and the package of bills enclosed.

Exhausting the agenda, the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary work.
