On 13 October at the Central Office of RPA a discussion on the draft of the RA Constitutional reforms was held with the participation of members of “Artsakh” patriotic union. The discussion was attended by the Head of “Artsakh” patriotic union Varujan Grigoryan, the Member of RPA Executive Body, the Chairman of the RPA Organizational Committee Ruben Tadevosyan, the member of the Professional Committee on the Constitutional Reforms adjunct to the RA President, the RA NA Chief of Staff, General Secretary, the Member of RPA Board Hrayr Tovmasyan, as well as about 180 members of “Artsakh” patriotic union. Hrayr Tovmasyan answered the questions of the attendees concerning the RA constitutional reforms.
