 Member of RPA Youth Organization Anna Ohanyan has finished her one-month training course at EPP Group of the European Parliament. Overcoming the first level of the competition, the Member of RPA Youth Organization was invited to Brussels by the Robert Schuman Institute and got the opportunity of a training course.
At the course of the training there were held meetings with the Members of the European Parliament A. Plenkovich, Frank Engel, as well as leaders of the EPP Group.
During the meeting with the Member of the Delegation to the EU-Armenia PCC, Member of the European Parliament Traian Ungureanu /who is well aware of the situation in the region and is one of the friends of the Armenian nation/ the latter shared his impressions of Armenia. The EP Member was surprised with the fact that Armenia has recently received so many Syrian refugees, while for the EU the issue of receiving migrants will remain a matter of fragmentation for a long time. That again proves the fact that the politicians who are familiarized with the Armenian culture, history and current reforms, easily become pro-Armenian unlike Azerbaijan who spends millions in order to have “friends” in Europe.
The Member of RPA Youth Organization took part in the plenary sessions, meetings of a number of committees.
There were also held meetings with some political advisers, who are responsible for the resolutions on Armenia and the Eastern Partnership.
As it mentioned the member of RPA Youth Organization Anna Ohanyan the training course has given her knowledge on the work of the European Parliament and working process in the European political atmosphere.
