 During the regular working conference in the Municipality of Yerevan before starting the consideration of the items on the agenda, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan expressed gratitude to all the structures subordinated to the Municipality and to state services for the proper organization and holding of the main events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. It was instructed to keep the cleanness and the care about the green areas and lawns adjacent to the memorial complex of Tsitsernakaberd at permanent attention. Special control will be set jointly with the Police.
Concerning revelation and prevention of rubbish dumping in undetermined places it was reported that 41 administrative records had been drawn up the previous week. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to go on everyday work with the administrative districts and keep the process under tight control.
During the conference it was reported that 14 records on the violation of obligatory improvement of the surroundings by the owners of the entities had been drawn up.
Concerning the process of construction of new buildings to provide the dwellers of the buildings with 4th level of emergency with flats, Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed the persons in charge to set everyday control over keeping the terms so that the buildings will be put into operation as soon as possible.
“By the construction of 4 blocks of flats we completely solve the housing problem of all the dwellers of the buildings with the 4th level of emergency. Keep a watchful eye over the activities so that all the buildings were put into operation as scheduled”, said Taron Margaryan.
Regarding the phone calls received by the hot lines functioning in corresponding subdivisions of the Municipality of Yerevan and the staffs of the heads of the administrative districts, the head of the Department of Control reported that the previous week 199 phone calls had been received. 140 issues raised by the residents got corresponding solutions, 59 issues are being processed. It was also reported that by the instruction of the Mayor of the capital the preparations for the celebration of May 9 dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War are going on in all the administrative districts.
During the working conference it was also reported that by the instruction of Mayor Taron Margaryan the issue of organization of the parents of the fixed period servicemen residing in Yerevan to the frontier military units, was discussed with corresponding structures. According to the agreement it was decided to organize a visit within the first ten days of June. The Mayor of the capital instructed to make proper arrangements for the regular visit and to provide regular information on the process.
