 On February 19, 2015 the reporting sitting of the council of RPA Malatia-Sebastia territorial organization was held. The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Chairman of RPA Malatia-Sebastia territorial organization, 45 members of the council attended the sitting. It was chaired by the Chairman of the territorial organization D. Ohanyan.

1. Report of the territorial organization for 2014.
2. Change in the composition of the council.
3. Organizational questions.
4. Other questions.
The agenda was unanimously approved.
The Chairman of RPA Malatia-Sebastia territorial organization D. Ohanyan delivered a speech. He touched upon the reporting meetings of the initial organizations. He expressed his gratitude to the heads of the initial organizations for the proper organization of the meetings. Highly appreciating their work, he added that all initial organizations had the same problem. Besides the members of the initial organizations many adherents also attended the meetings. He called upon the heads of the initial organizations to include them into the party through joint efforts. As well as he expressed hope that their team would work and serve his nation and party more effectively.
The Head of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district, Vice-Chairman of the territorial organization Artak Aleksanyan, highly appreciating the joint co-operatin between the territorial organization and the administrative district, touched upon the joint programs: the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, 150th anniversary of Zoravar Andranik, Chess championships, olympiads and other cultural projects.
The chairman of the territorial organization D.Ohanyan proposed to nominate the candidature of Kamo Parsamyan as the chairman of N13 initial organization. The proposal was put to a vote and was accepted unanimously.
