The First Republic of Armenia, as an embodiment of the dream of independence and the idea of sovereign motherland, was crucial in the consciousness and history of our people. Saradarpat, the victory and the victorious campaigns of the self-manifestation of the collective force drove our people to brave actions, and the First Republic became the cornerstone for the state building and further victories.

The First Republic was the restored faith towards to its own forces, independent future and the force of the national unity. The First Armenian state of the 20th century became a lasting phenoemenon in the history of our people and a reliable guide on its future road, which extends to a stable tomorrow.

Congratulating you once again on the occasion of the Republic Day, I wish our country and our people peace and welfare, new achievements and victories.”
