 Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Armenia Aimdos Boszhigitov. Greeting the guest Taron Margaryan presented in brief his approaches and the priorities in the issue of Yerevan management and pointed out the spheres the Municipality of Yerevan successfully cooperates with the partner cities. The Mayor expressed hope that similar tight cooperation is to be established with the capital of Kazakhstan. "There is really a lot to be done to establish partnership between the two capitals and with other cities of Kazakhstan as well. It is certainly important that the agreement on signing Treaty of Brotherhood between Yerevan and Astana has been made, and I am sure that as a result of our joint effective work in the nearest future we will sign the treaty and develop mutually beneficial cooperation", stressed Taron Margaryan.
Expressing gratitude for warm reception Aimdos Boszhigov stressed that he would do his best within his powers so that the treaty of brotherhood would be signed between the capitals of the two countries as soon as possible. "There are really various spheres of mutual interest to cooperate and I assure you, Mister Mayor, that within my powers I will do my best to promote establishment of bilateral relationship and development", said the Ambassador.
