On April 29 the NKR National Assembly President Ashot Ghulyan sent a congratulatory message to Galust Sahakyan on the occasion of being elected President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

The message, in particular, says:

“I am convinced that the election of you, the experienced political-state figure in that post is a serious prerequisite for the maintenance and deepening of the traditions already formed in the Armenian parliament for the benefit of inner-political stability, the enrichment and improvement of the legislative field of the country.

Highlighting your concerned participation during the past years in the activities of Armenia-Artsakh Inter-parliamentary Committee on Cooperation, I am sure that from now on due to your efforts as RA National Assembly President our mutual relations will further flourish, in terms of their content, as well as variety of manifestation.
