 The issues related to a number of joint investment projects in the sphere of health care were discussed in the City Hall of Yerevan during the round table with the entrepreneurs from Russia who arrived in Yerevan with the aim of participation in the EXPO-14 exposition “Health care and pharmaceutics”. The Chief Executive of the Yerevan Chamber of Trade and Industry Karen Martirosyan and the representative of the RF Chamber of Commerce in Armenia Andrey Babko were also present at the meeting.
The head of the Department of Development and Investment Programs of the Municipality Armen Harutyunyan greeting the participants of the meeting said that the Municipality is ready to support in the establishment and expansion of the cooperation.
The head of the Department of Health Care Kamsar Babinyan presented in brief the main directions of the medical establishments under the Municipality jurisdiction and those investment programs which may be of the interest of the Russian companies.
The representatives of the Russian medical companies presenting the suggested production and services stressed their interest in establishing mutually beneficial cooperation. During the meeting the parties also discussed the issues related to experience exchange. They reached an agreement to organize a meeting in the near future to discuss more concrete proposals for cooperation.
