 The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Vahe Nikoyan had a meeting with the residents of the first building of the hostel at Artsakh street 4th lane (the building of the former H5 art college) which has the 4th grade of emergency rate.
The Deputy Mayor first of all stressed that the Municipality of Yerevan attaches importance to issue of security of the people living in the buildings with the 4th grade of emergency rate and the necessity of primary regulation of the problem, and takes corresponding measures in this regard.
As a result of the discussion with the residents, in accordance with the suggestion made by them, those people who actually live in the first building will be provided with flats first within the frames of by stages solution of the problem.
"The problem is at permanent control of Mayor Taron Margaryan. In accordance with the agreement we reached during our meetings, after the final paperwork, the first stage of the process of appropriation of the flats will be organized and you will have the opportunity to move to new flats within short terms, and the damaged building will be demolished afterwards", said Vahe Nikoyan.
Within the frames of the meeting it was also offered to organize a special discussion to settle the problem of priority of flats allocation by the second stage.
