 The results of assessment and analysis of the work of the administrative districts in the first half of 2013 were summarized during the conference convened by Mayor Taron Margaryan in the City Hall of Yerevan. According the them, high rates were recorded in Avan, Davtashen and Arabkir districts. Relatively low rates were recorded in Nor Nork and Shengavit districts.
Referring to the rates of the activities performed in various spheres of urban economy Mayor Taron Margaryan attached particular importance to consistent work in income collection stressing that providing of sustainable results in this component is of primary significance in the implementation of various urban economy programs.
Thus, the persons in charge of corresponding departments were instructed by the Mayor to visit the staffs of the districts with low rates in person, analyze the used approaches and take steps towards making the results of the activities better.
Referring to the results of assessment and analysis, Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed not to be satisfied with the achieved results and carry out more consistent work to improve the rates and to everything to ensure better results.
"Providing proportional development in the capital we should excel the results of the activities carried out within the frames of the programs of urban development every year. Due to productive teamwork in the coming four years we must finish all the programs and projects we have promised to the residents of Yerevan" stressed the Mayor.Taron Margaryan also instructed to include in the framework of the assessment of the functions of the administrative districts the comparative analysis of keeping the norms of obligatory improvement established by the Council of Elders of Yerevan as well as the activities typical for each season.
