On July 11 the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to the RA Mrs Krina Rodica Prunariu in connection with the diplomatic mission in our country.

The NA President thanked the Ambassador, noting that during his tenure the Armenian-Romanian relations had been dynamically developed in different spheres. He deemed necessary the further activation of the inter-parliamentary relations and the bilateral contacts. Hovik Abrahamyan also highlighted the development of trade-economic relations, the deepening of cooperation in the spheres of culture, science, education and other spheres.

Thanking for joint effective work and touching upon her tenure in Armenia, the Ambassador Prunariu noted that they had been interesting and important working years, and she had achieved dozens of friends in Armenia. In the context of the development of the Armenian-Romanian cooperation she highlighted the inter-parliamentary cooperation with bilateral and multilateral formats. The Ambassador also deemed necessary the development of economic relations and activation and cooperation in different spheres.
