On May 14 the Vice President of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the RA Tian Changchun.

To activate the contacts between the women’s NGOs of the two countries the Vice President of the RA National Assembly, who is at the same time also the Chairperson of the Women’s Council of the Republican Party of Armenia, has sent an invitation through the Ambassador to the women, who are involved in public and political activities in China, to visit Armenia and discuss the directions of cooperation and joint effective work.

The Ambassador said that at the invitation of the NA Vice President Hermine Naghdalyan the visit of the Delegation of the All-China Women’s Federation is designed in June.

The sides expressed conviction that the visit of the delegation would contribute to the development and strengthening of the Armenian-Chinese relations, particularly between the women of the two parties.

In the course of the meeting the sides talked about mutual support in the issues of vital importance for the two countries and cooperation in the international structures.
