RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan Receives the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maia Panjikidze

On April 12 the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan received the delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maia Panjikidze.
Highly assessing the current level of the Armenian-Georgian friendly relations the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan expressed conviction that the visit of the Foreign Minister of Georgia to Armenia would contribute to more developing and strengthening of the relations of the two countries.
Thanking for warm reception Mrs Panjikidze expressed confidence that her visit to Armenia would be one more step in the development of cooperation between the two friendly states.
The interlocutors highlighted the development of the inter-parliamentary relations and deepening of cooperation in different spheres.
The sides also discussed regional problems, both emphasizing the development, stability, security and peace of the Caucasian Region. Mr Abrahamyan has noted that the Armenian side keeps neutral position in the settlement of the Abkhaz and South Ossetian conflicts, expecting from the Georgian side balanced, objective and neutral position on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and regional policy.
