 On November 7 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan the bill “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements” presented by the RA Government was debated.

The Committee member Gagik Jhangiryan made proposals for the officials having military-transport duty, as well as for all organizations and physical entities.

The RA Deputy Prosecutor General Aram Tamazyan ensured that the proposal would be debated in the Government and in case of approval the debate the bill would be included in the second reading.

The Committee endorsed the bill to include it in the agenda of the upcoming four-day sittings.

The Committee also debated the issue on the legality and substantiality of the expenditures containing state and office secret and endorsed the bill.

The members of the Committee had no proposals on the budget.

On the same day the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government moderated by Stepan Margaryan debated the issue of the proposals on financing the territorial management bodies and providing donations to the communities envisaged by the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2013”.

The Committee Chairman said that they had not received any proposals on the budget neither from the communities, nor from the deputies.

The NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport moderated by Artak Davtyan debated the package of draft laws proposing amendments to the law “On Education authored by the ARF deputies.

The NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan on November 7 summed the results of the debates relating to the sphere of foreign relations of the RA Draft Law “On State Budget for 2013”.

The members of the Committee have not presented proposals on the draft budget.
