On November 6 at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs the financing in the spheres of industry, urban development, transport and communication, energy system and natural resources, tariff policy, protection of economic competitiveness and cadastre, as well as the formation of incomes, tax and customs policy, envisaged by the RA Draft Law “On the RA State Budget for 2013” was debated.

At the first joint sitting of the committees the RA First Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan briefly presented the general picture of financing of the spheres, and the Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Ara Simonyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Urban Development Aleksan Karapetyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Hrant Beglaryan, the Chairman of the RA Committee Regulating the Public Services Robert Nazaryan, the Chairman of the RA State Committee of Protection of Economic Competitiveness Artak Shaboyan, the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government Ashot Musyana thouroughly touched upon the financial allocations and expenditures being envisioned for relevant spheres.

At the second joint sitting of the committees the RA First Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the formation of the incomes envisaged by the draft budget.

At the Standing Committees of the RA National Assembly the debates of the draft “On the RA State Budget for 2013” ended.
