On November 6 at the sitting of the RA NA Health Care, Maternity and Childhood the results of the debates of the RA draft law “On State Budget for 2013” were summed up. The deputies made a number of proposals concerning the spheres of the authority of the committee for making amendments to the draft budget, which the Committee would submit to the Government for the debate.
