On November 5 at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan and Gagik Minasyan the issue of financing the staff of the Human Rights Defender envisaged by the RA draft law On RA State Budget for 2013 was debated.

The Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted to the MPs the financial flows in this sphere.

The RA Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan clarified the issue of 4 new jobs being envisaged in the staff of the Human Rights Defender and additional financing.

On the same day the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Artak Zakaryan and Gagik Minasyan, where the first Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted to the deputies’ debate the financing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs envisaged by the RA draft law On RA State Budget for 2013.

The RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian presented the programmes for 2013, which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would fulfill.

At the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on European Integration and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Vahe Enfiajyan and Gagik Minasyan the financial allocations and envisaged programmes pertaining to the of European integration included in the RA State Budget for 2013 were debated.

The first Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted to the deputies’ debate the financial allocations of the sphere.

The RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian presented the programmes envisaged for 2013 in the sphere.
