On October 3 the RA National Assembly continued the work of the next four-day sittings. The deputies continued the debate of the report “On the Fulfillment of 2011 Monetary-Credit Policy Programme” presented by the RA Central Bank, which was interrupted on the previous day.

The NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan presented the Committee’s endorsement.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan delivered a speech on this matter.

The member of the ANC faction Hrant Bagratyan and the ARF faction member Artsvik Minasyan negatively assessed the presented report.

As Hrant Bagratyan said, according to the ANC faction, the policy pursued by the RA Central Bank impedes the development of Armenia’s economy.

Afterwards the RA Minister Tigran Sargsyan presented “The Annual Report of RA 2011 State Budget Execution” and the parliament began to debate it. Before touching upon the report Tigran Sargsyan thanked the parliament for thoroughly and effectively debating the report in the standing committees.

The RA Deputy Finance Minister, Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan presented the financial indices on “The Annual Report of the RA 2011 State Budget Execution.”

Artur Javadyan presented the conclusion on the Annual Report of the RA 2011 State Budget Execution.

The RA Deputy Chairman of the Control Chamber Levon Yolyan presented the conclusion of the Control Chamber.

In accordance with the order of the NA Rules of Procedure, due to the beginning of question and answer session between the deputies and the members of the Government at the last hour of the Wednesday sitting, the debate was interrupted. The NA deputies will continue the debate of the issue at October 4 sitting.
