On September 2 Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan as a member of the delegation headed by the RA NA Chairman Hovik Abrahamyan visited Stepanakert to participate in the festive events dedicated to the 21st anniversary of independence proclamation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.In the morning the members of the RA delegation together with top civil and military authorities of the NKR marched from Revival Square of Stepanakert towards the memorial complex of the capital of the NKR where they put a wreath and flowers at the gravestones of freedom fighters fallen for Artsakh freedom and independence.The official delegation of Armenia also participated in festive events as well as visited the city of Shushi.The members of the delegation put flowers at the memorial located in the outskirts of the town and at the monument to Vazgen Sargsyan rendering the tribute of respect to Sparapet and the hero azatamartiks.The members of the delegation also visited the Cathedral of St Ghazanchetsots in Shushi.
