Dear Compatriots!
In the course of Parliamentary elections on May 6, the Republican Party of Armenia, by gaining the overwhelming majority of population votes, has expanded its role in the social and political life of the country. This enables us by implementing the RPA program, to ensure the stable and continuous development of the society in Armenia and become the main guarantor of society's expectations and anticipated reforms.
We thank our people and political forces for running quality elections in the country.
We are grateful for the appreciation, trust and confidence once again bestowed on our party.
Republican Party of Armenia completes a series of political consultations aimed at strengthening the constructive conditions formed after the parliamentary elections, and advancement of cooperation atmosphere in the country.
On the eve of the first session of RA National Assembly of the 5th convocation on May 31, Republican Party states:
1. Accepting the responsibilities entrusted by RA Constitution to the political majority in the National Assembly, we continue to act as self-assured advocates of social solidarity and comprehensive cooperation.
2. In this context, we are ready to discuss any reasonable proposal submitted by the political forces to the National Assembly, for the development of our state and building a better Armenia for each and every citizen.
3. As a responsible political force, we put our more than 20-year activity at the service of establishing and strengthening of an independent statehood, and did everything possible to solve the problems which were at stake for our country and people. The Republican Party, accepting the major responsibility, pledge to remain committed to its program.
