The issues related to modernization of lifting facilities of the blocks of flats in the capital were discussed during the meeting of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan with the director of "Zigurat Armenia" company Mahmud Hudayi. Greeting the guests Taron Margrayan presented the overall picture of lifting facilities in the blocks of flats in the capital pointing out that it really requires modernization.."This is a problem of priority especially taking into account that the problem relates to security of residents. The Municipality of Yerevan is ready to discuss any proposition in this regard and is willing to assist in their implementation within the scope of its powers", said Taron Margaryan.
Expressing gratitude for warm reception the director of "Zigurat Armenia" company said that being the official representative in the territory of the CIS of elevator producing Italian "ORIOLE", "VOEM" and South Korean "GYG" companies, their company is engaged in repairing and installation of elevators, moving stairs. Highly appreciating the approaches of Mayor Taron Margaryan to urban economy development Mahmud Hudayi expressed willingness to cooperate with the Municipality of Yerevan.Expressing gratitude for willingness Taron Margaryan offered to form a working group which will thoroughly study the overall condition of lifting facilities of the blocks of flats in the capital and prepare a precise investment proposition package according to studies making the possibility of cooperation more practical.
