The President of the Republic of Armenia visited the building site of Dilijan International School

On April 27 within the framework of Tavush province visits the chairman of the Republic of Armenia attended the building site of Dilijan International School.
Dilijan International School was established by charitable program, aimed at providing high quality education in accordance with international standards and enriched with educational traditions.
At the briefing with Journalists School Board member Artashes Ghazakhesyatyan stated that the school curriculum, the choice of school teachers, director, and staff is underway. The school construction work will be implemented by two phases. The first stage is scheduled to be completed 2014 summer.
Second phase of construction stipulates building of two complexes; a dormitory for students, and a complex anticipated for teaching staff. Theater and amphitheater are set to be built during this phase as well. The school has 14 hectares area. According to preliminary projects it will be two-stored building. 650 children aged 13-18 can attend the school.
School construction preparation works were launched 2011 October. The general construction is scheduled to kick off in mid-April; reportedly after wrapping up the results of the competition. Large –scaled construction works are set to end 2012 June.
Natural gas relocation work in the building was implemented under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Dilijan International School construction project is scheduled to be completed 2016.
