48 members of RPA Dilijan N12 initial organization out of 63 participated in the sitting, 15 members were absent. The RPA Chairman, the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, the Chairman of RPA Organizational Committee Ruben Tadevosyan, the Chairman of RPA Tavush territorial council A. Ghularyan and the Chairman of RPA Dilijan regional council A.Santrosyan also participated in the sitting.
The agenda of the sitting was the following:

•  Report of the initial organization on the activities carried out in 2013.
•  Chairman and Vice-chairmen elections of the initial organization.
• Election of a delegate to RPA 15th congress.
• Other issues.

The report represented the Chairman of the initial organization A.Haroyan.
Within the frameworks of the second point of the agenda RPA member Vahe Hovhannisyan recommended to nominate the candidature of Albert Haroyan for the post of the Chairman of the initial organization. Albert Haroyan recommended to nominate the candidatures of Edvard Bainyan and Arsen Alikhanyan for the post of the vice-chairmen of the initial organization. Within the frameworks of the third point Gohar Davtyan recommended the candidature of Qnarik Ulikhanyan as a delegate to RPA 15th congress.
