Dear Ladies, I congratulate you on the occasion of Women’s Day. I wish you happiness, success, a healthy and strong family. I am glad that women’s participation in all areas of our country’s life and society increases by day, yet the women of Armenia maintain their traditional role and exceptionally precious features. Good Afternoon. I am obligated to structure all my speeches according to the accepted standards, to take into consideration how an official statement will be received by the most diverse audiences so that words addressed to the one do not indirectly upset or hurt the other. I have also to consider every protocol nuance. Dear Compatriots, Generals, officers, soldiers, Ladies and Gentlemen, I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the creation of the Armed Forces of Armenia.
