Samvel Nikoyan Receives the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission Radmila Shekerinska
On May 12 the RA National Assembly Speaker Samvel Nikoyan received the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission Radmila Shekerinska. In the law “On RA Holidays and Memorial Days,” passed in 2001 by the RA NA May 8 was fixed as “Day of Yerkrapah” (Country Keeper).
