PRESIDENT SERZH SARGSYAN RECEIVED THE RF COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS TATYANA MOSKALKOVA
President Serzh Sargsyan received today the RF Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova who has arrived to Armenia on official visit at the invitation of the RA Ombudsman for Human Rights.
