The festive events in the capital start on December 17
The events of the New Year celebration in the capital are going to start on December 17 with the first open-air concert and a symbolic event when Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan will solemnly turn on the lights on the main New Year tree of the capital and the illumination in the city, together with the lights on all the new Year Trees in the central squares of the administrative districts; all this will be followed by a big firework in Republic square. Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan had a meeting with the newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Latvia to the RA Elita Gavele. PM Welcomes Renowned Violinist Pinchas Zukermann
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received world-famous violinist and conductor Pinchas Zukermann, who is in Yerevan to participate in the closing concert of the 14th edition of the Yerevan Perspectives international music festival. 3 State Inspectorates’ Checklists Approved Following Risk-Based Checkups
Chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the Inspection Reform Coordination Council met today in the Office of Government. The council discussed the Ministry of Urban Development Staff-affiliated State Urban Development Inspectorate’s risk-based audit methodology and checklists.
