The Municipality of Yerevan and Yerevan State College of Art after F.Terlemezyan are preparing a joint present for the capital of the NKR, Stepanakert. Four sculptures being made by senior students of the college these days are to be taken to Stepanakert after May holidays. Chaired by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, the Economic Regulations Reform Council met in the Office of Government.
