Armenian Premier, Russian Minister of Transport discuss improvement of Upper Lars checkpoint
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan had a telephone conversation with RF Minister of Transport, Russian co-chair of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation Maxim Sokolov.
