On 30 October at the Armenian Youth Foundation a seminar “Let’s recognize ourselves” was held by RPA Youth Organization and “Student Center of Non-State Higher Educational Institutions” NGO. It was conducted by the philosopher-pedagogue Arthur Karapetyan. About 50 young people participated in the seminar. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan Meets with Tajikistan Premier

Armenia Improves Position in World Bank’s Doing Business 2016 Report
A regular Cabinet meeting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. Before proceeding to the agenda, the Prime Minister referred to the World Bank’s Doing Business 2016 report. The World Bank has published the Doing Business 2016 report, stating a 3-point improvement in Armenia’s position, which was promoted to the 35th position among 189 countries. Parliament in the First Reading Passes the Draft Law on Identity Cards
On October 29 the RA National Assembly continued the work of the four-day sittings. During the weekly working meeting in Yerevan City Hall it was reported that 4 cases of illegal construction and land occupation had been revealed the previous week, in 2 cases the construction was dismantled.
