PRESIDENT SERZH SARGSYAN’S WORKING VISIT TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On March 11 at the session hall of Yerevan State Medical University a memorandum of co-operation was signed between «Health Organizers’ Union» NGO and RPA Youth Organization. The memorandum was signed by the Co-Chairs of NGO Ara Minasyan, Derenik Dumanyan, Ara Babloyan, the Executive Director Smbat Daghbashyan and the Head of RPA Youth Organization Karen Avagyan. Discussion over the draft of the new electoral code at RPA Office
On March 10 at RPA Office a discussion over the preliminary draft of the new electoral code was held. The discussion was attended by the Deputies of the NA «Republican» faction and members of RPA Board. The member of RPA Executive Body David Harutyunyan represented a draft of the new electoral code, its principles and aproaches. Suggestions and remarks were made at the course of the debate. Government Holds Regular Meeting
A regular Cabinet meeting was held today, chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. The Government approved the concept of amendments to the procedure for finding foster parents for waifs and strays, which contains the basic principles and policies of reform of the institute of foster family in Armenia.
