N9 initial organization of RPA Gyumri-2 regional organization organized an event, dedicated to the RA Constitution Day. At the begining of the event the Chairman of the Council, the NA Deputy S. Avetisyan handed party membership-cards and badges to 50 new members of the party, wishing them effective party activity and success. Later S. Avetisyan represented the important provisions of the new Constitution and answered questions, including questions concerning the Elections of the Self-Government Bodies to be held on 2 October.
