President Serzh Sargsyan and Mrs. Rita Sargsyan together with Ophelia Hambardzumian’s family members, friends and numerous admirers of her art, today at the Aram Khatchaturian Concert Hall paid last tribute to the RA People’s Artist, a great devotee of the Armenian folk songs Ophelia Hambardzumian.
