Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, a consultation was held in the Office of Government to discuss issues related to the construction of a gravity irrigation system in Qaghtsrashen village.

Additional surveys were said to have been carried out following the agreement reached between the Prime Minister and Garni residents with a view to finding a technical solution. As a result, new options were proposed to finalize the project. The speakers exchanged opinions dwelling on the findings of the study.
