Republican Party of Armenia

On 24-28 May in Kakheti City the Summer School for Young Politicians of the South Caucasus was held on the initiative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Young representatives of various parties from Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan participated in the program. 3 participants representеd the Youth Organization of the Republican Party of Armenia. The Head of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Regional Program, Political Dialogue South Caucasus Office Thomas Schrapel opened the program by welcoming speech, which was followed by the presentation on KAS political programs’ goals and expectations by the trainer Shorena Lortkipanidze. Later it was spoken about expected and desirable reforms and was made cognitive analyses of main issues.

Through individual and team works the young politicians got familiarized with the rules of developing political programs, decision making processes, negotiation art, held discussions on coalition governance etc.

At the end of the program the participants were given certificates.
