During the working meeting chaired by Mayor Taron Margaryan the results of the assessment and analysis of the work carried out by the administrative districts in February 2016 were summarized.
Presenting the brief rates of the activities carried out in various spheres of urban economy Mayor's Advisor Arayik Kotanjyan said that in the chart of results the first place is occupied by Shengavit district, the second one by Davtashen and the third one–by Nor Nork.. The lowest results were registered in Nork Marash district. Refering to the results of the assessment and analysis Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to be more consistent to ensure proper performance.
«Each administrative district is obliged to organize its activities so that progress can be visible in all spheres included in the chart. All the spheres included in the chart ensure proportional development of the capital. So the activities in all the spheres are to be kept under permanent supervision. Our requirements and principles are aimed at the benefits for citizens and the set tasks are to be given solutions which will satisfy the residents», said the Mayor.
The results of the assessment of the work performed by the municipal departments and divisions in February 2016 were presented during the meeting too. The Mayor instructed to be more consistent regarding the responses given to the phone calls received by hot lines; to the rates of citizens' reception organization and working discipline to correct and exclude defect. It was also instructed to present the results of the assessment of the work carried out by the CJSCs subordinated to the Municipality.
