YEPP three-day council meeting on “Labour Mobility” was held in Budapest with RPA Youth organization

On 3-6 March in the city of Budapest the Youth of the European People’s Party held its three-day Council Meeting on “Labour Mobility”. The Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of RPA Youth organization Lilit Beglaryan represented RPA.
The aim of the program was to develop a project, including new ways of modernization of labor market, which would help young professionals to easily overcome barriers to market entry such as lack of experience, knowledge and skills, mismatch between labor market requirements and so on.
In order to overcome above mentioned problems discussions and debates were held in working groups, which tackle the challenges of the digital generation, young cadres and gaps between the labor markets and as a result a number of resolutions were developed.
At the course of the conference a European plan on Labour Mobility was debated and voted, where the best ways for solving the problems faced by the digital generation were summed up.
