I cordially congratulate you on the professional holiday, Social Worker's Day. It's really impossible not to appreciate your everyday work. It's particularly invaluable as it relates to the most vulnerable social groups. Unfortunately, nowadays there are still people who need our care and support. On this festive occasion I would like to thank you on behalf of the veterans of the Great Patriotic and Artsakh wars, of the families of the fallen, of disabled persons, orphans, families with many children, the elderly and generally on behalf of those who need your support for your devoted and responsible attitude and for the efforts you take to improve the social conditions of our citizens.
