 On October 30 by the order of the Chairperson of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations Valentina Matvienko the RA NA deputies Artak Davtyan and Khosrov Harutyunyan were awarded “For Parliamentary Cooperation” medal, and the RA NA deputies Aleksan Petrosyan and Araik Hovhannisyan were awarded “IPA CIS - 20 Years” jubilee medal. The RA NA deputy Hayk Babukhanyan and the Editor-in-Chief of Golos Armenii (Voice of Armenia) newspaper Flora Nakhshkaryan were awarded a Badge of Honour for rendering services in the development of press and information, and the Chairman of H ayastan (Armenia) Sport NGO the Merit Button Badge for rendering services in the development of physical training, sport and tourism.

The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan handed over the awards, and congratulating the awarded, highly assessed their activities in the international parliamentary platforms.
