 The initiative of RPA Youth Organization to establish Youth Parliament for Young Politicians of 3 countries of the South Caucasus has awarded a grand.
It should be mentioned that the proposal was made at the 3rd Forum of Young Politicians organized by the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy on 26-30 March at the Georgian Parliament in Kutaisi.
The Youth Parliament of the South Caucasus is an online platform for young politicians of three countires which plans to run multimedia sessions. It will include a social network designed special for young policians.
The Youth Parliament of the South Caucasus will have 3 Co-Chairmen from all countries.
In the Rules of Procedure of the Youth Parliament all the guarantees of freedom of speech are provided for opposition, which is particularly necessary to ensure freedom of speech in Azerbaijan and the expression of political rights of Azerbaijani opposition.
The Youth Parliament of the South Caucasus will start its work next year and its main goal will be creation of the platform between young politicians of three countries.
“RPA Youth Organization takes on a responsibility for building a constructive dialogue between the youth organizations of both Armenia and the South Caucasus”, noted Hayk Mamijanyan, the Head of the “Republican” faction of the RA NA Youth Parliament. “This is a unique project, created for the first time in the region. We are sure that RPA Youth Organization has the necessary professional and political potential for it” he added .
