 On 26-28 June representatives of RPA Youth Organization visited the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. The main goal of the visit was to strengthen relations between the youth of Armenia and Karabakh, as well as to seek new opportunities for further co-operation.
Within the frameworks of the visit the members of RPA met with representatives of the Youth organization of NKR “Free Homeland” party, participated in the mulberry festival in Amaras monastery, initiated by the Department of Tourism and Historical Environment Protection of NKR Government.
On the last day of the visit the young people met with NKR Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, then visited Tigranakert and Gandzasar.
The Head of RPA Youth Organization, the NA Deputy Karen Avagyan attaches great importance to the role of such initiatives in strengthening relations between the youth of Artsakh and Armenia, stressing the need for continuation of such meetings.
