 On April 17 at Yerevan Park after Komitas by the joint efforts of the RPA Youth organization and the Student's Council of Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts an exhibition was organized devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
About 60 exponats by the students of YSAFA Design faculty were represented at the exhibition.
The RA NA Deputy, the Chairman of the RPA Youth Organization Karen Avagyan welcomed the participants. “Such kind of events give an opportunity to the young creators to express their feelings. The exponats will also be represented during various events organized by the RPA Youth organization”, noted Karen Avagyan.
As noted the Chairman of the Student's Council of YSAFA, the Academy of Fine Arts should participate in the projects on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and on this purpose the students of YSAFA Design faculty were assigned a special task to prepare thematic works. The aim of the exhibition is to give an opportunity to students express their thoughts, feelings concerning the Genocide.
Ahead of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide the events organized by the RPA Youth Organization will be continual.
