 The first day of spring the members of the RPA Youth organization met in a quite actual way, participating in the seminar on “Institutional/constitutional reforms in the Republic of Armenia. Reforms in the governance system”. The seminar was organized by the joint initiative of RPA Youth organization and “Konrad Adenauer” German Foundation. The keynote speakers were the Head of the legal division of “German Society for International Co-operation” and the Chief of Staff of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan. At the seminar first of all it was represented the essence of the Constitution, the origin of its history, tasks and goals, system of governance, it was spoken about the need and future opportunities of the constitutional reforms.
It should be mentioned that such kind of seminars will be continual to provide the necessary thematic information.
