 On February 27 in the RA NA Gilded Hall a consultation on the preparatory works’ procedure of the events of the Armenian Genocide Centennial which presided over the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan. The RA NA deputies and representatives of the NA Staff took part in the consultation.

The Chief Coordinator of the Events dedicated to the Armenian Genocide Centenary, the Chief of Staff to the RA President Vigen Sargsyan made a report. He presented to the participants of the consultation the goals, the problems and the works to be done, the schedule and the programme of the events to be held in Armenia and abroad of the State Commission on Coordination of Events for Commemoration of 100th Anniversary of Armenian Genocide and the issues concerning the parliamentarians’ participation in their implementation.

During the exchange of thoughts the NA deputies submitted recommendations and received answers on numerous questions.
