 Dear residents of Yerevan,
I'd like to address you my cordial congratulations on the Day of Independence of Armenia. Having achieved the centuries-old dream of our people to bring back independent statehood 23 years ago the Armenian people chose the way of democracy, social justice and other universal values and initiated the process of establishing and strengthening its own state in its own country. And today our country already occupies its place among sustainably developing countries. However to have the prosperous homeland we have dreamt of, the independence of which was achieved with great difficulties and at such a high price, there is still a lot to be done. Thus, each of us is obliged to follow this way with our devoted work and deep love for our homeland to make this desirable day closer.
I wish peace and welfare to all Armenian families, creative work and new achievements to all of us for the sake of strengthening our country, for the sake of the future of the coming generations.
